CNC metal processing

For the sheet metal processing, we are using the Trumpf CNC - TrumaBend V 1700 S bending machine and the CNC Pullmatic 3012/12 hole puncher.

Trumpf CNC – Truma Bend V 1700 S

Operator of the Trumpf CNC will design the production programs in TOPS (2D), where is possible to do even 24 bending in one program. According to the materials dimensions we are able to bend material thickness 0,5 – 10 mm, on maximum length 4000 mm. Maximum bending force is 170 t.
